Appraisals

The name Taxatiekantoor Salas has been on the market for over 55 years and has been a synonym for Trust and Reliability when it comes to providing Appraisals.

 

These Appraisal reports are made by the independent Appraisers whom are Roberto Salas (senior) and Robert J. Salas (junior).

 

Not only can the Appraisal Reports issued be used for independent businesses and for private matters, but they can also be used at all local institutions such as local banks, notary offices, insurance agencies and at the tax office.

 

The following documents are needed for an Appraisal Report

  • Copy of the cadastral documents (Meetbrief, Kadastrale legger). This can be provided by us at an additional charge.

  • Floor plan (plattegrond) of the property is needed, if available.

  • When constructing, we also need a blueprint (bouwtekening) and a budget (begroting).

 

The costs for an Appraisal Report

  • Short Appraisal Report (Markt indicatie) is 1.5‰ of the highest Appraised Value with a minimum of Nafl. 424,-.

  • Complete Appraisal Report* is 2‰ of the highest Appraised Value with a minimum of Nafl. 530,-.

*This report includes a more detailed description of the property and neighbourhood with an extensive visual clarification.

The Appraisal Reports are usually finalized within 3 - 5 business days after the property inspection.
